I was very impressed with my entire experience. When I found them online the website was beautifully done and very informative. I was very happy I could see photos of the staff and of the office before arriving. It was easy to find the office because I was given instructions in multiple ways. I was also asked if I would like special instructions to the office. Although I saw photos beforehand of the office I was still very impressed by how beautiful everything was. Everyone was very nice to me, very welcoming and knowledgeable. My entire appointment went very smoothly, I was in and out in the time frame I had expected. I received some X-rays had some pictures taken and then I met the doctor. She went over my information she examined me and then she told me what my options were and what she could do and she was very thorough and very in detail about all my options then I was given the opportunity to speak with someone about what my insurance would cover and how much it would cost to do different types of dentures and what the cost would be for my portion for each different option and made a follow-up appointment for a few weeks from now and I'm looking forward to getting some implants with doctor. she was very kind and sweet and welcoming and so is everyone else in the staff and very very impressed and very happy and I'm very excited to work with this office. 🙂

The staff are wonderful. I feel like the hygienist is a friend. I feel comfortable when I go there . I have high anxiety when I go to a dentist and my body burns the medication to work on my teeth so I do oral sedation. Mrs. Shahbazyan is the sweetest! She gives you a hug and makes you feel comfortable and explains what needs to be done. She spends the time. I was terrible about going to the dentist but now I go regularly. I highly recommend Dr. Shahbazyan.

Dr. Zaruhi Shahbazyan and her team are top notch. I recently consulted with her office to get dental implants. Her prices were fair and competitive, so I decided to her a try. This was only after I was greeted and treated with the utmost friendliness and respect. The entire process was explained to me in detail, as I was interested in the pain associated with drilling into the bone, during the implant process. I was informed that drilling into bone is painless, as bones do not have pain nerves. This was confirmed during the surgery and the most pain I experienced was with the actual shot to numb the surgical area, and that was only a slight pinch. I experienced minimal pain post implants and I am looking forward to the site healing, so the abutment and crown can be put in place. I am glad to have found a good dental home.

Dental assistant was very knowledgeable and after taking my X-rays and pictures of my teeth she showed on the screen all the issues that existed. Dr. Shahbazyan is is very detail oriented and thorough, she is also very warm and personable. She explained all the treatment needed and gave me several options of treatment. I was very pleased with that- it’s not set in stone... Financial and treatment coordinator Laurie is just a wealth of knowledge. Although I had some financial concerns she phased out my treatment and offered financial options to fit my needs into my budget. I was very pleased with that. Now that all my old gold crowns and fillings are gone, my front teeth got some nice veneers and no more pain... top it off with a complementary teeth whitening I can only regret that I didn’t find Dr. Shahbazyan sooner.

The Doctor is very caring, after the procedure the staff calls in for a check up to see how the patient is doing. The staff members are very friendly. You feel very comfortable in the hands of the Doctor. I am very satisfied with their services.

I’m happy to recommend Dr. Shahbazyan to anyone who needs cosmetic dentistry. After my first visit to consult with the doctor about dental implants, I was so impressed at how honest and thorough she was about the real condition of my teeth and what her treatment plan was. After seeing 2 other oral surgeons as well as my dentist, I was truly astounded that none of these other professionals noticed and recommended the steps that were needed to save my damaged teeth first before they also needed implants. Her staff was so welcoming and kind. Her financial secretary, Laura, assured me that they were going to help me find a way to pay for the costs that even though they were going to be high. I’ve been seeing Dr. Shahbazyan now for over 5 years I love her quality of work. I just had a surgical implant placed on Monday the procedure went very smoothly she was done before I knew it .Also the hygienist Yuki is wonderful very thorough best cleanings I have ever had. My fiance came in for a free consult back in July after he broke a tooth. The dentist and staff took the time to give him a tour, provide gentle and thorough xrays, and offered him her suggestion of a cost effective approach for a new set of teeth. Every step of the way, they go out of the way. Even when he chipped his temporary crowns, they would take him in and get him patched up. This office truly cares about their patients. When I booked my initial appointment for a consultation with Dr. Shahbazyan, I honestly didn't expect much. I figured that I would receive the same kind of dismissive treatment I have received in the past, especially considering it was a free consultation. Boy, was I wrong! From the moment I walked into the office, I was given the warm, attentive care everyone HOPES for when they are visiting a professional office. After my initial x-rays were taken, I was greeted by a lovely lady named Lori (not sure if I spelled that correctly), who spent a very gracious amount of time with me addressing various concern, discussing different options and just giving me a general run-down of what to expect. It was like having my own person advocate to help explain things and find solutions that work for me. At this point, I was feeling relaxed and, for the first time in a very long time, HOPEFUL about my dental situation.....and I HADN'T EVEN MET THE DOCTOR YET! When Dr. Shahbazyun came in and reviewed my information with me, she explained things thoroughly and efficiently. During the exam, she didn't just speed through and give me some grim diagnosis. She spent a lot of time assessing my dental situation, and didn't try to "sell" me. She went over numerous options with me, and ultimately created a treatment plan that would work with my finances. She was open and honest about the BEST course of treatment, but also understood my financial needs and found a way to suite my budget and still leave wiggle room for more permanent procedures in the future. I really cannot recommend this place enough. I haven't had my treatments yet, but I have never felt so incredibly confident and comfortable in a dental office's capabilities that I am literally without fear. I cannot wait to begin this process. Had some work done today. I have always had extreme anxiety when I get my teeth worked on. Dr. S put my beautiful new set of teeth on a couple of years ago. This was my third set!!! They are beautiful and I can smile!!! The ladies in the office are so kind and gentle and understanding. Big hugs for all of them. If you need a dentist, go talk to her. Great service friendly staff. First time I ever did not dread going to the dentist. They do great work. I went out and got some pistachios for the first time in 20 years love those things but I could not chew on because I had no teeth. They fixed me up good. Best money I ever spent! Price isn’t bad either. If she can make it happen, she will.

Let me start out by saying I've never had a dentist that was truly so amazing as Dr. Shahbazyan! She's not only the most sweetest lady you've ever met but she trusty dose care so much about her patience! This was a perfect dental visit I had three cavities filled two of which were very deep and it was as close to paint fee as it could be great staff and dentist I would highly recommend coming here!

I went to Dr.Shahbazyan after hearing about the great experience some friends had there--and I was not disappointed! Dr. Shahbazyan and her entire staff are warm, friendly and ultra professional. The equipment and methods used at Dr. Shahbazyan's office are state-of-the-art. And I can't say enough good things about sedation dentistry! This was my first experience with that and I loved it. I had to have several procedures done that probably would have taken several visits under normal conditions. But with the sedation dentistry, I was able to have it all done in one visit. No pain or discomfort in the chair, and no anxiety. If you know you are going to have something done that entails hours in the dentist's chair I would highly recommend you consider it.

After not seeing a dentist for 13 years, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Shahbazyan after researching and comparing several area dentists. I definitely made the right choice. Best dentist and team I have ever had a dental experience with. I had to find another dentist due to my dentist having some medical issues. I ended up with my first cleaning at another place and it was just horrible and my teeth had so much residual pain. I had to find a new place... Found Dr. Shahbazyan and her amazing team!! Right away I was seen with no long wait time and the first appointment was with the dental hygienist Uki (spelling?) and she was so helpful and informative and did an absolutely amazing job with a deep cleaning to do what the other dentist should have done. I thank her so much for her skills in not only the cleaning but her anesthetic skills... the best!! Then the great dentist does her thing... fixed some very troublesome teeth... roots, crowns.. you name it. She really takes her time to explain and always checking to make sure that you are not in pain. She did an amazing job all around. The office manager Laurie was so very helpful working with insurance and setting up proper schedule and procedures... all so very helpful, kind and considerate. They have the coolest patient portfolio with X-Rays and pictures so you can identify your teeth problems accurately and just a really neat thing to see. It was the first time ever a dentist offered this through portfolio!! Even though we all hate to go to the dentist... Dr. Shahbazyan and team make it not so horrible!!!

I came to Dr Shahbazyan after an accident at work that left my front tooth chipped. I just finished 2 years of braces so this was awfully devastating to me. My girlfriend just got her DaVinci veneers done and I told her to recommend me only the best of the best and she pointed me in the right direction. Dr Shahbazyan and her staff were all so warming and welcoming! Not only did she restore my chipped tooth, but she made sure it was perfect - and it still is! Thank goodness for worker's comp, though! Ever since then, I would always go to Dr Shahbazyan for all dental treatments while living in Fresno. All her equipment is nothing but state of the art stuff. Heck, she has a little gizmo that whitens your teeth as she cleans! Even though I was a broke college student, her office helped me work out a payment plan and I was so thankful because I didn't want to go anywhere else but her! Best cleaning EVER! I've had good hygienists in the past along with some really bad ones at other dentist offices, but my hygienist Yuki is hands-down the very best! This was my second visit with her, and you can tell she really cares about her job; it shines through in her work. Zharuhi is the one of the most greatest dentists I know of. She is a very good person because she considers the patients needs and she listens. A plan was put in place with steps and approx. timelines for my procedure, which is a full mouth restoration, I'm excited??? From my initial new patient appointment to my deep cleaning with an amazing hygienist.... nothing short of superb!! Every single person I encountered at the dental office was so informative and accommodating. This place has the most comprehensive and Informative new patient folder and it doesn’t stop there!! I received the most amazing little travel pouch filled with all kinds of teeth goodies. They made a hated dentist office trip.. ALMOST enjoyable... haha... thank you again to Dr. Shahbazyan and team!!

I've been using them now for about 1 1/2 years. I had a lot of work to be done between crowns and implants. I find the staff very professional and friendly. The work has been top of the shelf. Don't get the cheap stuff, it's not worth it. Take a visit to Dr. Shahbazyan and I guarantee you will not regret it.
